PROJECT OVERVIEW

Material: Aluminium

Finish: Vestis Anthracite RAL 7016

System: Standing Seam Cladding

Application: Box Dormer Renovation

Location: Trim, County Meath

This project involved the renovation of an existing box dormer on a residential property in Navan, Co. Meath.

The homeowner wanted to modernise the appearance of the dormer while improving durability and reducing future maintenance requirements. Vestis Anthracite aluminium was selected for its contemporary appearance, excellent weather resistance, and suitability for architectural standing seam applications.

The dormer was carefully clad using a standing seam system with concealed fixings, creating crisp vertical lines and a clean, modern aesthetic. The anthracite finish provides a striking contrast against the existing brickwork and tiled roof while complementing the property's existing windows, fascia and rainwater goods.

The completed dormer delivers a durable, low-maintenance solution that enhances the overall appearance of the property while providing long-term protection against Ireland's challenging weather conditions.
