This project formed the second phase of our Kilakee renovation project in Dublin. Following the completion of a standing seam clad outbuilding, Alu Zinc Metal Roof Solutions was commissioned to install a contemporary standing seam roof system on a new garden room designed to house a private golf simulator.
The building features a low-pitch angled roof finished in Vestis Graphite Black aluminium, providing a sleek architectural appearance while delivering excellent long-term weather protection. Matching aluminium cladding trims were incorporated around the roof perimeter to create crisp lines and a refined finish.
Set within a woodland setting, the modern roof design complements the surrounding landscape while providing a durable, low-maintenance solution ideally suited to contemporary garden rooms, studios and recreational spaces.
The completed project demonstrates how standing seam aluminium roofing can be successfully incorporated into bespoke outbuildings, creating a premium finish that combines performance, longevity and architectural appeal.
