Basalt Black standing seam cladding for Carroll Estates
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Material: RheinZink
Finish: Basalt Black
Architect: Fitzgerald Kavanagh & Partners
Client: Carroll Estates
Location: Baggot St, Dublin 2
This reconstructed mews building on Baggot Street Lower, now home to Carroll Estates HQ, showcases precision-engineered RHEINZINK standing seam panels in Basalt Black. Installed by Alu Zinc Metal Roof Solutions, the zinc façade and roof create a bold, modern statement while providing exceptional weather resistance and minimal maintenance.
The sleek cladding contrasts beautifully with the surrounding Georgian brickwork, enhancing the building’s architectural presence without overpowering its historic context. Meticulous detailing around windows, parapets, and junctions ensures a clean, crisp aesthetic that will stand the test of time.
